The new Quidsin website:

• Is faster and easier to use
• Offers more payment options at checkout
• Allows us to add new features and deals going forward

Existing Vouchers (Purchased on the Old Website)

If you bought a voucher on the old Quidsin website:

• Your voucher has not moved
• Your voucher remains valid
• You must access using your account on the old website
• Nothing has changed about how it is redeemed

The new website does not show vouchers purchased on the old site.

The old website does not show vouchers purchased on the new site.

Store Credit From the Old Website

• Store credit from the old website is not automatically transferred
• If you want your store credit moved to the new website, you must contact us

To transfer your store credit, email us with:

• Your full name
• The email address used on your old Quidsin account

We will manually move your credit across.

Accounts

• The new website does not require you to have a customer account
• Your old account remains active for viewing and redeeming old vouchers

Voucher Redemption

Businesses will continue to accept valid vouchers as normal from the old site and are aware of the transition across to the new site.
