Eve Studios is Jersey’s only dedicated female fitness and wellbeing hub, created exclusively for girls and women of all ages — from 12 to absolutely no upper limit.

Our classes are tailored to each life stage —including teens, post-natal, midlife and menopause, and women over 65— ensuring every member receives the right support at the right time.

Enjoy a vibrant mix of fun fitness suchas dance, boxing and strength training, alongside Pilates, yoga andHIIT. Our wellbeing programme includes evening work shops on a wide range of topics, and from February, we’ll also host monthly two-hour weekend escape retreats for deeper rest and reset.

Run by Trudi, Lucy and their highly qualified team, Eve Studios is built on community. Teens can join suitable adult classes — perfect for creating mum-and-daughter moments while building confidence, strength and lifelong wellbeing habits
