About Sea Level Eco Distillery
Founded by Sarah Gaudion, Jersey’s first female distiller, Sea Level Eco Distillery is a small, eco-conscious distillery in Gorey Village, Jersey. Inspired by the island’s coastline, we create small-batch spirits that capture the essence of Jersey while championing sustainability.
Sustainability at Our Core
Sustainability shapes everything we do. We use locally sourced and home-grown ingredients, hand-prepare citrus fruits,and compost all green waste.
Our bottles are made from 100% recycled glass, with plastic-free packaging, natural cork stoppers, and paper labels. Rainwater is collected to cool the condenser and water our garden, and all deliveries aremade by electric vehicle using repurposed trays instead of cardboard.
We also give back — 1% of all sales support ocean-based charities,including Healing Waves and the Blue Marine Foundation.
