Company Information
Jo has been dancing since the age of 3 years old. Jo trained as professional dancer at The Urdang Academy, London, and has danced professionally in Mexico, Sardina, Portugal, UK and Jersey. Jo has been teaching for over 20 years, and is a certified Fitsteps instructor. Jo wants poeple to enjoy dancing, so Fitsteps and Zumba is great way of doing this as the music gets you in the mood and you really don't feel as though your exercising. Have Fun and relax! Jo is a Certified Fitsteps Instructor and a certified Zumba instructor.
